SPORTSMAN'S DINNER EVENING - SUCCESS !! - Posted 07/12/09

We staged our third Sportsman’s Dinner Evening on Friday 20th November and we are pleased to confirm that the night was a great success. Over 180 people turned up for the evening, and they were not to be disappointed.

The entertainment was fantastic with guest speaker Manchester Utd and England legend Nobby Stiles bringing the house down. Our host/compare for the night Lenny Lowe tied everything together nicely, and he was joined of course by the brilliant comedian Paul Le Vent who had the audience in hysterics.

All of the entertainment was accompanied by an excellent meal, and to finish the night we had a Sports Memorabilia auction and Raffle also.

We would like to thank everyone who attended on the night or was involved in it, especially Sue and all her staff at Sidac Social Club who worked tremendously hard throughout the evening. Thanks to all.
